Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help us provide exceptional service to our fast-growing client base on a part-time basis. Specific hours are negotiable but minimum 4 hours per day Monday-Friday.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently, enjoy variety and want to learn and grow with our company. Must be able to interact with clients in a professional manner on the phone, in writing and in person.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reception – answer phones and assist/direct callers
  • Establish and maintain an efficient office filing system
  • Update project and clients lists in Excel/Google sheets
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of equipment in Excel/Google sheets
  • Prepare shipping labels and related documents; coordinate shipments
  • Receiving / distribution
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Assist with Special Projects as assigned


  • College Degree desirable
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using QuickBooks software preferred
  • Must have proofreading skills, the ability to work with numbers
  • Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities –
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Willing to take “ownership” of their job responsibilities – Well-organized problem solver, ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently
