RF Engineering Manager ( Fremont, CA)
RFC Wireless, Inc. (Fremont, CA) seek an RF Engineering manager who will perform a range of duties related to the design and installation of Network equipment for project sites. The work includes analysis of radio parameters, tilt adjustments, coordination of test teams and post processing of data for reporting and recommendations as well as monitoring network traffic, security, radio & repeater programming, and capacity to identify issues that may impact service.
Required to monitor project progress and make sure each project has the correct equipment and supplies needed to complete the task. They are also required to oversee the design, testing, commissioning, and optimization of wireless networks nationwide. Required to monitor network use and make recommendations and report to upper management for any network issues. Requires a bachelor’s degree in any engineering field and 5 years’ relevant experience in the radio/tele communication field.
